In the ammonia decomposition hydrogen production unit, liquid ammonia is
used as raw material. After gasification, it is heated and decomposed
under the action of catalyst to produce a mixture of 75% hydrogen and
25% nitrogen. Pure hydrogen with 99.999% purity can be further prepared
by pressure swing adsorption.
● The principle is simple, the structure is compact, the area is small, and the operation is simple.
● Low investment, low energy consumption and low operation cost;
● It is widely used to meet the needs of most hydrogen use.

heating wire for core components, and three-year maintenance under

● Note: For lower ammonia content and dew point requirement, NHP series
ammonia decomposition gas purification device can be selected. Equipment
below 30Nm3/h is standard without gasifier. The configuration of
ammonia tundish and ammonia storage tank can be considered in
atmospheric ammonia decomposition device to obtain more stable working
conditions and lower energy consumption.
